School of Data and AI (SDAI) is Kanpur's first offline AI institute, offering practitioner-led Data Science and Artificial Intelligence training from Kidwai Nagar, Kanpur — with every session simultaneously available online. Co-founded in 2026 by Arpit Tiwari and Kajal Mishra, SDAI bridges the gap between academic AI education and industry-ready skills through live projects, mock interviews, and direct hiring manager referrals. Batch sizes are capped at 15 students for personalised mentorship.

After interviewing 100+ candidates for GenAI roles at Turing, Arpit saw the same pattern repeatedly: talented graduates who had studied machine learning in college but couldn't build a working AI system. Traditional education teaches theory — companies need people who can ship real AI products on day one. That gap was costing talented people their careers, and no course in Kanpur was addressing it.

He has architected and deployed multi-agent frameworks at a Fortune 100 global healthcare enterprise and India's largest health insurance provider, and built scalable GenAI workflows for top finance groups.
A BTech in Computer Science from IIIT Vadodara (2021), Arpit worked at Sigmoid Analytics before joining Turing, where he serves on the GenAI interview panel and was recognised as Turing Hero of the Month twice. In 2026, he founded School of Data and AI in Kanpur to bridge the gap between what colleges teach and what the industry actually hires for — using the same real-world systems he builds every day as the foundation of the curriculum.
Kajal Mishra

Kajal is a Data Scientist and Corporate AI Trainer with 5+ years of experience building production-grade ML and LLM systems.
