The specific curriculum, schedule, duration, and delivery format for each course are described on the Courses page of our website and may be updated from time to time.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to enrol in a paid course and enter into a binding agreement with SDAI. If you are under 18, enrolment must be completed by a parent or legal guardian on your behalf.
By submitting an enquiry or registration form, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
4. Enrolment and Payment
4.1 Enrolment Process
Enrolment is confirmed only after receipt of full payment (or an agreed instalment as communicated by SDAI). Submitting an enquiry form or registering for a free masterclass does not constitute enrolment in a paid course.
4.2 Fees
Course fees are displayed on our website and are inclusive of all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. SDAI reserves the right to change fees at any time; however, once payment is received, the fee is locked for that enrolment.
4.3 Payment Methods
We accept payments via Razorpay (UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and other supported methods). All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR).
4.4 Instalment Plans
Where instalment plans are offered, all instalments must be paid as per the agreed schedule. Failure to pay an instalment on time may result in suspension of access to course materials until the outstanding amount is cleared.
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
5.1 Free Masterclass & Free Events
Free masterclasses and workshops carry no charge. No refund is applicable. SDAI reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a free session with reasonable notice.
5.2 Paid Courses — Pro-Rata Refund Guarantee
Both Course 1 and Course 2 come with a pro-rata refund guarantee. If you are unsatisfied at any point during the course, you may request a refund calculated as follows:
- Day 1 of the course is the first scheduled session of your enrolled batch.
- Refund amount = Total fee paid − (Total fee ÷ Total course days × Number of days elapsed since Day 1).
- Example: If you paid ₹2,499 for a 30-day course and request a refund on Day 10, your refund = ₹2,499 − (₹2,499 ÷ 30 × 10) = ₹1,666.
No questions asked. No hidden conditions. The refund is purely based on the number of days elapsed.
5.3 How to Request a Refund
- Send an email to arpit.tiwari@schoolofdataandai.com with subject line "Refund Request — [Your Name]".
- Include your enrolled batch name or start date, and the reason (optional — not required for approval).
- Alternatively, message us on WhatsApp at +91 79056 55394.
5.4 Refund Processing Timeline
- Refund requests are acknowledged within 48 hours.
- The refund amount is processed within 10 business days from acknowledgement.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method (UPI, bank account, or card used at enrolment). If the original method is unavailable, SDAI will process via NEFT to a bank account you provide.
5.5 Exclusions
- Token payments (e.g., ₹1 or ₹499 seat-reservation tokens) are non-refundable as they are nominal booking confirmations, not course fees.
- Digital product purchases (e.g., Prompt Book, video packs) are non-refundable once the download link has been delivered, as they are instantly consumable digital goods.
5.6 Course Cancellation by SDAI
In the unlikely event that SDAI cancels a course before it begins, enrolled students will receive a full refund within 10 business days. If a course is discontinued mid-way, SDAI will offer a pro-rata refund or transfer the student to an equivalent future batch at no additional cost — the student chooses.
5.7 Rescheduling / Batch Deferral
You may defer your enrolment to a future batch once at no charge, provided the request is made at least 7 days before your batch start date. Subsequent deferrals may be subject to a rescheduling fee of ₹500.
6. Intellectual Property
All course materials — including but not limited to videos, slides, notes, assignments, code samples, and recorded sessions — are the exclusive intellectual property of SDAI or its instructors.
- You may use course materials solely for your own personal learning.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, share, upload, or publish any course material in any form without prior written permission from SDAI.
- Recording of live sessions (video or audio) is strictly prohibited unless explicitly permitted by the instructor.
- Violation of intellectual property rights may result in immediate termination of your enrolment without refund and may attract legal action.
7. Student Conduct
All students are expected to:
- Treat instructors, staff, and fellow students with respect.
- Attend sessions punctually and participate in good faith.
- Refrain from using abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate language in any form of communication with SDAI.
- Comply with submission deadlines for assignments and projects.
- Not engage in academic dishonesty, plagiarism, or cheating in any assessments.
SDAI reserves the right to terminate the enrolment of any student who violates these conduct standards, without issuing a refund.
8. Certification & Student Success Policy
8.1 Certification Types
SDAI issues two certifications:
- Certified AI Practitioner — SDAI (Course 1): Requires 90% attendance, completion of a working project, and passing an exit interview conducted by an SDAI instructor.
- Certified AI & Data Analyst Professional — SDAI (Course 2): Requires completion of all 8 projects (6 instructor-led + 1 major + 1 minor) and passing a final assessment (~45-60 minutes) with a founder, including technical viva, project presentation, and mock interview.
Exceptional Course 2 graduates may receive the Elite Graduate distinction — an instructor-nominated visual seal on the certificate, awarded for outstanding project complexity, technical depth, and communication. This is not applied for; it is nominated by the founders.
8.2 Certificate vs. Completion Letter
Certificates are competency-based, not attendance-based. Students who complete the course but do not meet the evaluation criteria receive a Completion Letter — which acknowledges attendance and participation but is not a professional credential. The certificate and the completion letter are distinct documents.
8.3 Student Success Policy
SDAI is committed to every student earning their certification:
- 30-Day Extension: Students who do not pass the evaluation within the course duration receive a 30-day completion window at no extra cost to finish remaining projects and/or re-take the assessment.
- Emergency Batch Rollover: In case of genuine emergencies — medical (with documentation), family bereavement, relocation (with proof), or natural disaster — students may join the next batch at no additional fee. Emergency claims are reviewed by the founders.
- Re-evaluation: Students who do not pass an assessment receive specific written feedback and may re-appear after 2 weeks.
8.4 Guardian/Parent Acknowledgment
Before enrolment, guardians and students are informed that the SDAI certificate requires completion of all coursework, projects, and a live assessment. Attendance alone does not earn a certificate. By proceeding with enrolment, the student and guardian acknowledge these requirements.
8.5 Certificate Verification
All certificates are assigned a unique Certificate ID (format: SDAI-YYYY-XXXXXX) and can be verified at schoolofdataandai.com/certificate. Verification is free and requires no login. The credential page displays the student's name, certificate title, skills validated, projects built (with live links where provided), and founder profiles.
8.6 Limitations
SDAI certificates are not equivalent to university degrees, government-recognised qualifications, or AICTE/UGC-approved credentials. They are issued as evidence of evaluated skill development by practitioner instructors. Certificates do not expire.
Fraudulent use or misrepresentation of an SDAI certificate is strictly prohibited.
9. Placement and Career Support
Where placement assistance or career support is offered as part of a course, SDAI will make reasonable efforts to connect students with relevant opportunities. However, SDAI does not guarantee job placement, a specific salary, or employment with any particular company. Outcomes depend on individual performance, effort, and market conditions.
10. Website Use
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its underlying systems.
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract content from the website.
- Submit false, misleading, or spam information through any form on the website.
11. Limitation of Liability

- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our services or website.
- Technical disruptions, interruptions, or errors on the website.
- Actions or omissions of third-party service providers (e.g., payment gateways, video conferencing platforms).
Our total liability to you in any circumstances shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you for the specific course in question.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of our course content.
