Below 80% attendance, the learner receives a Letter of Course Completion. Course 2: the certificate is issued only after a learner completes program requirements, projects, and the evaluation checkpoint. If a Course 2 student needs more time, we offer a 30-day completion window at no extra cost to finish projects and re-take the assessment.

Where do I find my certificate ID?

The ID is printed on the certificate itself (format: SDAI-YYYY-XXXXXX) and is also shared in the email you received at graduation. If you can't find either, WhatsApp +91 79056 55394 with your name and batch — we'll look it up for you.

What happens if a certificate ID is not found?

The verification page will show "credential not found" with a link to contact us. Common reasons: the ID was typed with a typo, the certificate hasn't been issued yet (allow 7 days after graduation), or the ID belongs to a different cohort. We respond to verification queries within 2 hours during business hours.

Do SDAI certificates expire?
