The AI and Data Fellowship is structured to prepare you for multiple career paths in the data and AI industry. The roles this program is designed to prepare you for include Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, AI Engineer, Prompt Engineer, AI Automation Specialist, and Business Analyst with AI. Over 90 days, you build proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python with pandas, and Power BI for data work, then layer on advanced AI capabilities including RAG chatbots, multi-agent systems with CrewAI and LangGraph, MCP integrations, n8n and OpenClaw automation, and LLM evaluation. By the time you graduate, you will have 6 deployed projects across industry use cases, a startup product, and data and AI capstones in your portfolio, which gives you concrete evidence of your skills that recruiters can evaluate. The program also includes two mock interviews, a LinkedIn and resume overhaul, a Freelance Starter Kit, and referral support for top performers through Arpit's 20+ hiring manager network. Course 2 builds directly on the foundations established in Course 1 (AI Fluency). During AI Fluency, you learn how large language models work internally, master a clear prompt-writing method — role, context, task and output format, develop fluency with a focused stack of AI tools, and build your first two deployed projects. Course 2 assumes you are comfortable with these — Course 1 is the recommended way to get there (an entrance assessment can substitute). Students who have tried to skip this foundation consistently struggle from the second week onwards because the Fellowship moves at a faster pace and immediately applies advanced concepts like Claude Code architecture, domain AI workflows, and agentic system design. Completing Course 1 first means you arrive at the Fellowship ready to build production-grade projects from day one rather than spending time catching up on fundamentals. A short entrance assessment is also conducted before admission to verify you are prepared for the depth and intensity of the 90-day program.

The Fellowship includes comprehensive career support throughout the program and beyond. You receive two scheduled mock interviews — one around Day 50 covering data and AI technical skills, and one at Day 90 as a full exit simulation — both with detailed written feedback you can use to improve. A dedicated one-on-one session focuses on rewriting your LinkedIn profile and building an ATS-optimised resume that highlights your 6 projects and technical skills. You also receive a Freelance Starter Kit that includes a live Fiverr or Upwork profile with your first three gigs posted before graduation. Yes, the Fellowship runs blended — live classroom sessions in Kanpur with the same curriculum delivered to online learners. Live sessions are conducted from the SDAI centre at 128/70, K Block, Kidwai Nagar, Kanpur and simultaneously streamed via Zoom to online participants. There is absolutely no difference in curriculum, project access, mentorship quality, mock interviews, certification, or career support between the two modes. Online students participate in the same real-time sessions with live Q and A, screen sharing, and breakout discussions. The WhatsApp community group provides round-the-clock peer and instructor access regardless of location. If you miss a session, same-day recordings are available. The Fellowship runs blended from day one, so online learners get the same curriculum, projects, mentorship and certification as Kanpur classroom students. All sessions are delivered in both Hindi and English.
